Do you accept large Stanley Cup orders?

Yes! We accept large orders for companies as well as single orders. Colors are subject to availability from Stanley. You can checkout their in stock colors here- 30 oz 40 oz

Do you offer discounted rates on bulk tumbler orders?

Due to controlled pricing on Stanley and Yeti cups, we cannot offer any discounted or bulk pricing at this time.

What is your turnaround time?

We are a two person shop that handcrafts every item. We do our very best to get orders out as quickly as possible but please note that our turnaround time varies based on the complexity of the project and our current workload. Our average turnaround time is 3-6 weeks but varies based on the project.

Please leave a note with your order or email us to communicate any hard deadlines or event dates. We will do our best to accommodate if possible!

Will I receive a mockup of my custom order?

Yes! We provide a mockup of your design prior to creating your item. It will be sent via email and production of your item begins after you have approved it. We are happy to make any adjustments to your design so feel free to let us know if you'd like any changes to be made.

Can the engraving on a tumbler be in color?

The laser engraving process removes the powder coating on the tumbler, revealing the stainless steel color of the cup underneath. All tumbler engraving will be a shiny stainless steel color. We cannot print the logo or design in color. We do provide a mockup of your design prior to engraving.

Is the tumbler engraving dishwasher safe?

Your tumbler and engraving will be extremely durable and dishwasher safe!

Expedited and Rush Orders

If you need your order to be rushed please reach out via email. We may be able to accommodate your rush order for an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the project. No guarantees... but if we can swing it we'll do what we can to make it happen.

Are refunds or exchanges possible?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items but please email us at hello@pixelsandwooddesign.com if you have any problems whatsoever with your order. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently DO NOT offer international shipping at checkout due to inconsistent pricing calculations. Please email us at hello@pixelsandwoodcreative.com if you'd like us to ship an item internationally. We can provide a more accurate shipping quote to you this way.

Do you offer local delivery or pickup?

Yes! We offer local pickup in King, NC and can deliver to local customers within 15 miles of Winston-Salem, NC. We are in Greensboro fairly often and can also arrange delivery to surrounding areas. Turnaround times for shipped, picked up, or delivered items do not vary.

How does local pickup work?

When your item is ready you will receive an email from us letting you know the address for pickup. Please email or text us at the number provided in that email with your preferred pickup date/time. Depending on the size of the item we can leave it in our mailbox for you, hand deliver it to your car, or leave it on our porch if you prefer (and depending on if we'll be at home when you plan to stop by). Most times are fine for us- but we do have a couple of crazy dogs that we like to make sure are secured inside! Dog treats are optional 😆
